Job Overview

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Travel Sales Agents specializing in the US travel market. The role involves selling and assisting customers with bookings for flights, hotels, car rentals, train tickets, cruises, vacation packages, travel insurance, and other travel-related services.

You will also handle modifications, cancellations, refunds, and customer inquiries while maximizing revenue through upselling and cross-selling travel products.

Key Responsibilities

✔️ Sales & Customer Assistance

Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries for US domestic and international travel.
Assist clients with new flight, hotel, car rental, train, cruise, and holiday package bookings.
Provide real-time travel support for reservations, modifications, cancellations, and rebookings.

✔️ Revenue Maximization

Upsell and cross-sell premium travel services such as:
- Seat upgrades
- Extra baggage
- Lounge access
- Travel insurance

✔️ Industry Knowledge & Compliance

Stay updated with US airline policies (AA, Delta, United, Southwest, etc.).
Keep track of hotel promotions and travel regulations.
Handle refund requests, travel disruptions, and emergency assistance efficiently.

✔️ Technical Expertise

Work with GDS platforms (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo) and online travel booking systems.
Meet and exceed sales targets, conversion rates, and customer service KPIs.

Qualifications & Experience

???? Minimum 1 year of total work experience (Preferred).
???? Experience in travel sales, customer service, or a similar role is a plus.
???? Familiarity with GDS platforms (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo) is preferred.
???? Strong communication and negotiation skills.
???? Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
