  • Location: Sector 63, Noida, Uttar Pradesh

  • Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

  • Pay: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month

  • Shift & Schedule:

    • Night Shift: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM

    • 5 Working Days: Monday to Friday

    • Fixed Off: Saturday & Sunday

    • Weekend Availability: As required

Job Summary

The Team Leader will oversee a team of employees, ensuring they meet performance targets, deadlines, and maintain high-quality standards. This role involves supervising, motivating, and guiding team members while acting as the bridge between management and the team to drive organizational success.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Team Supervision & Leadership:

    • Lead, supervise, and motivate a team to ensure productivity.

    • Assign tasks, set priorities, and monitor performance.

  2. Performance Management:

    • Track individual and team performance aligned with company objectives.

    • Implement strategies to meet targets and improve efficiency.

  3. Communication & Reporting:

    • Communicate progress, challenges, and solutions to upper management.

    • Handle and resolve escalated customer issues effectively.

  4. Problem-Solving & Adaptability:

    • Implement solutions for operational challenges.

    • Adjust workloads and processes to maintain team efficiency.


Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (Mandatory)

  • Experience:

    • 1–6 years of customer service experience (preferably in the travel or airline industry).

    • Minimum 1 year of customer support experience (Required).

  • Skills:

    • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills (Required).

    • Problem-Solving: Ability to address and resolve complex issues.

    • Customer Focus: Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

    • Technology: Proficiency in CRM software, online booking tools, and other airline systems.

    • Multitasking: Handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously.

    • Adaptability: Work effectively under pressure and in fast-paced environments.

    • Flexibility: Willing to work night shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Industry Experience: Airline or travel industry background.

  • Language Skills: Bilingual abilities are a plus.

  • System Knowledge: Familiarity with Delta Airlines’ services, products, and systems.
