  • Job Type: Full-Time

  • Pay: ₹28,000 – ₹38,000 per month (in-hand salary)

  • Shift & Schedule:

    • Night Shift: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM

    • 5 Working Days: Monday to Friday

    • Fixed Off: Saturday & Sunday

    • US Shift & Weekend Availability

Key Responsibilities

  1. Customer Assistance:

    • Assist passengers with flight bookings, cancellations, modifications, and travel-related inquiries via phone support.

  2. Problem Resolution:

    • Address and resolve customer complaints and service disruptions promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.

  3. Flight Information:

    • Provide accurate and updated information on flight schedules, delays, cancellations, and gate changes.

  4. Travel Policies:

    • Clearly explain Delta Airlines' policies regarding baggage, ticketing, refunds, seat reservations, and travel documentation.

  5. Support in Crisis Situations:

    • Assist customers during emergencies, weather disruptions, and other operational challenges, offering optimal solutions.

  6. Team Collaboration:

    • Coordinate with Reservations, Baggage, and Operations departments to resolve complex issues effectively.

  7. Documentation:

    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as necessary to ensure issue resolution.

  8. Customer Feedback:

    • Collect and report customer feedback to identify areas for service improvement and inform management of recurring issues.

  9. Continuous Learning:

    • Stay updated on Delta Airlines' services, policies, and promotions to provide accurate and timely assistance.


Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (Mandatory)

  • Experience:

    • 0–2 years of customer service experience (preferably in the travel or airline industry).

  • Skills:

    • Typing Speed: Minimum 35 WPM.

    • Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills with a friendly, professional tone.

    • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to handle complex customer issues effectively.

    • Customer Focus: Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and improving passenger experiences.

    • Technology: Comfortable using CRM software, online booking tools, and airline systems.

    • Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously under pressure.

    • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and handle changing work conditions.

    • Flexibility: Willingness to work night shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the airline or travel industry.

  • Bilingual skills (a plus).

  • Familiarity with Delta Airlines' products, services, and systems.
