Key Responsibilities

✅ Travel Planning & Booking – Assist customers in planning and booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
✅ Destination Guidance – Provide information on travel destinations, attractions, and local customs to help customers make informed decisions.
✅ Personalized Recommendations – Offer customized travel suggestions based on customer preferences and budgets.
✅ Customer Support – Handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure a seamless booking experience.
✅ Industry Knowledge – Stay updated on travel trends, regulations, and offers to provide the best advice to clients.
✅ Partner Coordination – Build and maintain relationships with airlines, hotels, and car rental companies for smoother customer experiences.
✅ Accurate Processing – Manage bookings, payments, and logistics efficiently and on time.
✅ Event & Group Travel – Assist in coordinating group travel arrangements and special events.
✅ Exceptional Service – Provide outstanding customer service to exceed expectations.

Skills & Qualifications
