We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Ticketing Executive – International Travel to handle international flight bookings, provide top-tier customer service, and ensure seamless coordination between airlines, the internal team, and clients.
Manage and process international flight bookings for clients.
Assist travelers with ticket inquiries, changes, cancellations, and refunds as per airline policies.
Provide accurate booking information and suggest suitable flight options.
Liaise with airlines for reservation confirmations, flight schedules, and seat allocations.
Handle and secure payment transactions in compliance with company policies.
Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Airlines to ensure a smooth travel experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
Prior experience as a Ticketing Executive or similar role in the travel industry is required.
Strong knowledge of international travel procedures, visa rules, and airline systems.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-first approach.
