✈ Key Responsibilities:
✔ Utilize GDS platforms (Global Distribution System) for airline bookings, reservations, and ticketing.
✔ Monitor flight schedules, seat availability, and fares to provide accurate, real-time updates to customers.
✔ Collaborate with airlines and GDS providers to resolve booking issues, negotiate contracts, and implement system updates.
✔ Ensure smooth ticketing operations while maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
✔ Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with inquiries, ticket modifications, and cancellations.
✔ Minimum 1-2 years of experience in international ticketing using GDS.
✔ Strong knowledge of airline reservations, fare rules, and ticketing processes.
✔ Ability to handle flight modifications, cancellations, and rebookings.
✔ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
✔ Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
