Job Role: Executive – Flight Support

EaseMyTrip is looking for Flight Support Executives who have exceptional communication skills and a customer-first attitude.

Key Responsibilities

???? Travel Support & Customer Interaction

  • Handle domestic and international travel queries efficiently.
  • Possess basic knowledge of world geography and airline routes.
  • Offer superior customer service and issue resolution over phone support.
  • Assist customers via telephone, email, and chat for inquiries and support.

???? Customer Experience & Problem-Solving

  • Actively listen and understand customer needs to provide effective solutions.
  • Greet customers professionally and resolve concerns with empathy.
  • Ensure accurate and complete customer records in the system.
  • Provide additional customer education when necessary.

Who Can Apply?

Freshers with strong communication skills
Candidates with travel industry experience (preferred but not required)
Experienced customer service professionals in the travel sector
Willing to work in rotational shifts (Female employees are not assigned night shifts)
