Pay: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month (in-hand salary)
Shift & Schedule:
- Night Shift: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM
- 5 Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Fixed Off: Saturday & Sunday
- US Shift & Weekend Availability
Typing Speed: Minimum 35 WPM

Job Summary

The Team Leader is responsible for supervising a group of employees, ensuring that the team meets targets and deadlines while maintaining high performance and quality standards. This role acts as the primary liaison between management and team members, offering guidance, support, and leadership to drive organizational success.

Key Responsibilities

Team Supervision & Leadership:
- Oversee, lead, and motivate a team of employees to achieve performance goals.
- Assign tasks, prioritize workloads, and ensure deadlines are met effectively.
Performance Management:
- Monitor team performance, set individual goals, and align them with company objectives.
- Adjust workloads to optimize productivity and ensure operational efficiency.
Communication & Reporting:
- Regularly communicate with upper management to provide updates on team progress, challenges, and improvement suggestions.
- Serve as the primary point of escalation, addressing complex customer issues and internal concerns.
Problem-Solving & Decision-Making:
- Analyze and resolve escalated customer and operational issues professionally.
- Implement effective solutions to overcome challenges and maintain productivity.
Team Development:
- Foster a collaborative and motivating work environment by providing coaching and support to team members.

Requirements

Education: Graduation is mandatory.
Experience: 1-6 years of customer service experience (preferably in the travel or airline industry).
Skills & Competencies:
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills with a friendly, professional tone.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to address complex issues.
- Customer Focus: Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and enhancing the passenger experience.
- Technology Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM software, online booking tools, and airline systems.
- Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously while maintaining organization under pressure.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in high-pressure environments and quickly adjust to changing work conditions.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work night shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

Industry Experience: Prior experience in the airline or travel industry.
Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency is a plus.
System Knowledge: Familiarity with Delta Airlines' services, products, and systems.
