Holiday Besties is offering a unique freelance opportunity for homemakers, working professionals, and freelancers with a passion for travel. Work from the comfort of your home as a Travel Associate, helping clients plan and book memorable trips tailored to their preferences and budget.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate professionally with clients via phone, email, or online platforms to understand travel needs
Offer tailored advice and recommendations based on client preferences and budgets
Assist in booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities
Confirm all bookings and maintain accurate records
Follow up with clients for feedback and address concerns
Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and industry developments
Build strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals

Qualifications & Skills

Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or background in Travel and Tourism
Experience: 1–5 years in travel consulting, sales, or customer service (passionate freshers may also apply)
Languages: Fluency in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus)
Strong customer service and communication skills
Enthusiasm for travel and helping others
Ability to multitask and manage bookings independently
Attention to detail in managing client itineraries
Basic computer and travel platform proficiency
