Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Ticketing Executive to manage travel-related services, ensure smooth bookings, and handle administrative tasks. If you have a passion for travel, a keen eye for detail, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

✅ Reservations & Bookings – Make reservations for flights, accommodation, transportation, and other travel services using internal systems or directly through suppliers.
✅ Customer Service – Provide exceptional service by responding to inquiries promptly and professionally.
✅ Travel Documentation – Assist clients with visa applications, passport renewals, and other travel requirements, ensuring compliance with regulations.
✅ Travel Insurance – Recommend and facilitate the purchase of travel insurance to protect against unexpected events.
✅ Promotions & Discounts – Stay updated with airline, hotel, and tour operator offers to provide cost-effective travel options.
✅ Administrative Tasks – Process payments, issue tickets, maintain accurate records, and manage travel-related documentation.
✅ Reporting & Tracking – Provide regular updates on reservations, complaints, and visa processing to ensure seamless service.
✅ Policy Communication – Clearly explain company policies on ticket issuance, payments, cancellations, and refunds before bookings.
✅ Payment Handling – Collect payments promptly and follow up on outstanding amounts when necessary.
✅ Expense Monitoring – Track expenses and payments using accounts management software.
✅ Customer Database Management – Maintain an updated customer database in the CRM system for better follow-up and service.

Qualifications & Skills

???? Education – Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
???? Experience – 1 to 3 years in ticketing, travel services, or customer service roles.
???? Technical Skills – Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and travel booking software (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre preferred).
???? Communication – Excellent verbal and written skills for effective client interactions.
???? Attention to Detail – Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
???? Industry Knowledge – Understanding of travel industry processes, ticketing, reservations, and visa regulations is a plus.
