Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager with a strong background in tour and travel, specifically airline ticketing sales. The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership skills, expertise in Amadeus (GDS), and a proven track record in sales. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive company growth, mentor a team, and ensure excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Team Management: Assist in managing the US Sales Executive team for international flight ticketing.
✔ Training & Support: Train and mentor team members to enhance performance and improve customer service.
✔ Booking & Compliance: Ensure accurate bookings, ticketing, and compliance with airline policies using Amadeus & other GDS platforms.
✔ Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business.
✔ Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, fare structures, and airline regulations.
✔ Sales Targets: Work with management to set and achieve sales goals.

Requirements & Qualifications

✅ Experience:

4+ years in the Tour & Travel industry (Required)
5+ years as a Travel Sales Manager (Required)
Hands-on experience in Air Ticketing Sales (US International flights preferred)

✅ Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Amadeus & other airline reservation systems
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication abilities

✅ Education:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

✅ Other Requirements:

Must be able to relocate or reliably commute to Model Town, Amritsar, Punjab
