Minimum Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience:

  • Background in call center management, revenue management, or sales within the airline, travel, or customer service industries.
  • Proficiency with call center software, CRM tools, and revenue management systems.
    Skills:
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making and performance reporting.
  • Understanding of pricing strategies, demand forecasting, and revenue optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

???? Revenue Optimization:

  • Develop and implement revenue management strategies tailored to call center interactions.
  • Analyze customer data, booking patterns, and demand fluctuations to optimize pricing and inventory.
  • Forecast revenue, monitor budgets, and track external factors impacting call center revenue.

???? Performance Analysis & Reporting:

  • Monitor call center KPIs, create detailed reports, and present findings to senior management.
  • Use data insights to improve call center performance and revenue generation.

???? Collaboration & Customer Experience:

  • Work with customer service and quality assurance teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure alignment between revenue goals and service quality.

Preferred Skills:

✔ Experience with airline-specific revenue management tools (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, etc.).
✔ Familiarity with customer experience management frameworks.
✔ Advanced knowledge of Excel, data analysis tools, and business intelligence software.
✔ Experience in a high-volume call center environment.
