About the Job

We are hiring a Front Desk Administrator Cum Travel Desk Manager to handle front desk operations and manage travel arrangements efficiently. This role requires a dedicated individual who can work with various internal and external stakeholders, manage office supplies, and ensure smooth travel operations for employees.


Key Responsibilities

Front Desk Management:

  • Manage office supplies and place orders as needed to maintain stock availability.
  • Assist colleagues and offer support when required.
  • Welcome and guide visitors appropriately.
  • Notify relevant staff about the arrival of visitors.
  • Oversee security and communication systems to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Address queries, calls, and emails, providing accurate information and assistance.
  • Handle postal and courier services, including tracking and delivery.
  • Ensure vendor billing is handled correctly and accurately.

Travel Desk Management:

  • Efficiently manage end-to-end travel arrangements for employees across India, including flights, trains, transport, and accommodation, while ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Manage and monitor employee travel bookings via platforms such as Make My Trip (MMT) or any other booking portals used by the company.
  • Communicate with travelers regularly to provide updates on travel details.
  • Handle emergency cancellations or changes calmly and professionally.
  • Manage all incoming travel requests and oversee the entire process.
  • Maintain and update travel-related MIS as per the approved format on a daily basis.
  • Ensure that travel requests are processed promptly after booking tickets.
  • Submit travel-related receipts (airline, GST, MMT) to the finance team without delay.
  • Ensure timely replenishment of travel portals or MMT wallets to avoid any booking issues caused by insufficient funds.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education:

    • Bachelor's in Arts or Business (Preferred).
    • Certification in Travel Management is an advantage.
  • Experience:

    • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills:

    • Strong knowledge of travel desk management, including booking and coordination.
    • Basic computer knowledge with the ability to utilize technology for task management.
    • Ability to handle emergency changes in travel plans calmly and professionally.
    • Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    • Capable of managing both front desk and travel desk operations effectively.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month
