Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Shopify/E-Commerce Operations Process Associate with 1-3 years of experience in managing e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopify and Amazon. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, adaptable, and have strong organizational and communication skills.

This role is perfect for someone experienced in e-commerce operations who can effectively manage product listings, customer inquiries, and digital marketing tasks while ensuring seamless online store operations.

Key Responsibilities

E-Commerce Operations Management:

???? Serve as a Virtual Assistant to clients by managing daily e-commerce operations.
???? Handle product listings and repricing on Shopify, Amazon, and eBay.
???? Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues across multiple sales channels.
???? Assist in catalog management, including listing and repricing products.

Inventory & System Coordination:

???? Utilize internal systems to coordinate inventory adjustments and maintenance.
???? Use Shopify apps like Marketplace Connect and Klaviyo for sales channel integration and email marketing.
???? Manage dropshipping operations and product reviews via Yotpo and Modlyst.

Marketing & Social Media Management:

???? Assist in social media marketing efforts across TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Facebook, etc.
???? Support advertising and email marketing strategy development through data analysis.
???? Provide assistance with marketing campaign design and strategy execution.

Required Qualifications & Skills

✔ Education: Master’s Degree (Required)
✔ Experience:
???? 1+ years of experience in the Shopify Marketplace (Required)
???? 1+ years of experience in listing products on Shopify (Required)
???? 1+ years as a Virtual Assistant (Preferred)

✔ Technical Skills:
???? Experience in e-commerce operations (Preferred)
???? Familiarity with Shopify, Amazon, and eBay platforms
???? Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and other spreadsheet tools
???? Knowledge of dropshipping operations and tools like Yotpo & Modlyst

✔ Soft Skills:
???? Excellent communication and organizational skills (English)
???? Ability to adapt quickly to new systems and tools
???? Creative mindset with the ability to contribute to marketing strategies
???? Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
