Key Responsibilities:

  • Website Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of the e-commerce website, ensuring product listings are accurate and user experience is optimized.

  • Marketing & Promotion: Develop strategies to increase website traffic and sales, manage online promotions and special campaigns.

  • Content Creation: Collaborate with the design team to ensure brand consistency.

  • Branding & Pricing Strategy: Develop branding strategies and analyze market trends for competitive pricing.

  • Competitor Analysis: Research competitors to help improve the company's positioning.

  • Department Collaboration: Work with sales, customer service, and product teams to align e-commerce strategies.

  • Report Generation: Generate regular reports on website performance and analyze them for growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Proven experience in e-commerce management or a similar role.

  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, Bigcommerce.

  • Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and analytics tools.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
