We are seeking a detail-oriented E-Commerce Operations Executive to manage and optimize product listings across multiple online platforms. The ideal candidate will track market trends, adjust pricing strategies, and ensure efficient communication with e-commerce platform support teams.
Manage & Update product listings on various e-commerce platforms.
Conduct market research to identify high-demand products and customer preferences.
Adjust product pricing based on competition and market trends.
Communicate with e-commerce platform support teams to resolve queries and update listings.
Ensure accuracy in product descriptions, images, and other listing details.
Monitor sales performance and suggest strategies for improved visibility and conversions.
Experience in e-commerce operations or product management (preferred).
Strong analytical and research skills.
Ability to work independently and adapt to changing market dynamics.
Good communication skills for coordinating with support teams.
Eagerness to learn and grow within the e-commerce industry.
