Job Overview:

We are looking for an E-Commerce Executive to manage and enhance the company's online presence. This role involves overseeing product listings, optimizing online platforms, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. You will collaborate with marketing, sales, and logistics teams to drive online sales and improve brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Product Management:

Manage and update product listings, including descriptions, images, and prices across various e-commerce platforms.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure product availability.

✅ Customer Support:

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently to ensure high customer satisfaction.

✅ Sales & Data Analysis:

Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends and improve product offerings.
Prepare reports on sales performance, website traffic, and customer feedback for management.

✅ Digital Marketing:

Implement SEO, PPC, and email marketing strategies to drive online traffic and boost sales.
Collaborate with the design and content teams to create engaging product descriptions and promotional materials.

✅ Market Research:

Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

✅ Logistics Coordination:

Ensure timely order processing, shipping, and delivery by working closely with logistics partners.

✅ User Experience:

Monitor and optimize the user experience on the company’s website and other online platforms.

Qualifications and Skills:

???? Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field (Required).
???? 2 years of experience in E-Commerce or Online Sales Management (Required).
???? Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.).
???? Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with data analysis tools.
???? Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and online advertising techniques (Preferred).
???? Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
⚡ Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
