Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fresher to join our team as an E-Commerce Executive. This role involves managing and optimizing online sales platforms, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and contributing to the company's business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ 1. Platform Management:

List, update, and manage product listings on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify).
Ensure accurate product information—including descriptions, images, and pricing.

✅ 2. Order Processing:

Monitor and process online orders efficiently.
Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery.

✅ 3. Customer Support:

Respond to customer queries and complaints via email, chat, or phone.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt assistance.

✅ 4. Data Analysis:

Track and analyze sales performance and customer trends.
Prepare reports and provide insights to improve sales strategies.

✅ 5. Marketing Support:

Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media).
Work with the marketing team to drive traffic and boost conversions.

✅ 6. Inventory Management:

Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team to prevent stockouts.

Qualifications:
