Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled E-Commerce Product Listing Executive to manage and optimize product listings across multiple platforms, including Shopify, Amazon, Myntra, and Flipkart.

The ideal candidate should possess expertise in product uploading, content optimization, keyword research, and inventory management on various e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Product Listing Management:
- Create, update, and manage product listings on Shopify, Amazon, Myntra, and Flipkart.
- Optimize product titles, descriptions, and images to enhance visibility and conversions.
- Perform bulk listing uploads and manage product variations (e.g., size, color).
SEO and Content Optimization:
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve product rankings.
- Ensure accurate product categorization, pricing, and availability across platforms.
Inventory and Performance Monitoring:
- Monitor and update inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Analyze competitor listings and recommend improvements for better performance.
- Generate reports on product performance and propose optimization strategies.
Promotion and Marketplace Management:
- Manage product promotions, offers, and deals on various marketplaces.
- Ensure smooth execution of marketplace advertising and promotional strategies.

Requirements

Experience:
- Proven experience managing product listings on Shopify, Amazon, Myntra, and Flipkart.
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience (Preferred).
Skills:
- Strong understanding of SEO, keyword research, and marketplace algorithms.
- Experience with bulk uploads, CSV files, and product feed management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and e-commerce tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Myntra Partner Portal, and Shopify backend.
- Familiarity with advertising strategies and promotions on these platforms.
- Knowledge of image editing tools (optional but preferred).
- Understanding of customer service processes related to e-commerce.
