Key Responsibilities:

Platform Management:
- List, update, and manage product listings on ecommerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify).
- Ensure accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing.
Order Processing:
- Monitor and process online orders efficiently.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
Customer Support:
- Address customer queries and complaints via email, chat, or phone.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and professional responses.
Data Analysis:
- Track sales performance, analyze trends, and generate reports.
- Provide insights to improve sales and marketing strategies.
Marketing Support:
- Assist in digital marketing campaigns (e.g., SEO, SEM, social media).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to drive traffic and conversions.
Inventory Management:
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team to avoid stockouts.
