Job Description

We are looking for a Marketing Executive to promote Amodhini Flowers and Amodhini Farmstay directly to customers (B2C marketing). The ideal candidate should be creative, proactive, and passionate about marketing, sales, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Sales

Promote Amodhini Flowers & Farmstay across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Google, Yelp, Just Dial, Indiamart, etc.
Utilize social media marketing strategies to attract and engage customers.
Travel within India as required for business development.
Handle customer interactions and telephonic sales with professionalism and etiquette.
Provide suggestions for product updates and additions to enhance the e-commerce platform.

Amodhini Flowers

Interact with individuals, corporates, and apartment welfare associations for flower sales and subscriptions.
Drive special occasion and festival-based sales through e-commerce and direct contact.
Manage and update the Amodhini e-commerce portal, ensuring accurate product pricing daily.

Amodhini Farmstay

Oversee booking management and ensure seamless stay experiences for guests.
Maintain and update listings across all booking platforms.
Implement dynamic pricing strategies throughout the year.
Report maintenance issues to management for prompt action.
Collect and relay customer feedback for continuous service improvement.

Candidate Profile

Must be fluent in English (spoken and written).
Graduates preferred with a strong understanding of social media and online marketing.
Experience in Google, Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp marketing is a plus.
Ability to sell online, manage logistics, and interact with customers effectively.
Preference for female candidates with an interest in home décor and flower arrangements.
