Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven E-commerce Manager with hands-on experience in managing product listings, inventory, and sales optimization across various e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Indiamart, Shopify, and more. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, enhancing brand visibility, and overseeing all aspects of our online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

A+ Content & Product Listings:

Create and manage A+ content for e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Indiamart).
Optimize product listings including titles, descriptions, bullet points, and images to enhance rankings and conversions.
Coordinate with designers and content teams to create engaging product pages.

E-commerce Store Management:

Oversee daily operations of e-commerce marketplaces.
Manage inventory, stock levels, pricing strategies, and promotions across platforms.
Ensure all listings are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with platform guidelines.

Marketing & Sales Optimization:

Implement strategies to improve visibility, traffic, and conversion rates.
Plan and execute discounts, deals, and ad campaigns (Amazon PPC, Flipkart Ads, Google Shopping, etc.).
Analyze sales trends and customer behavior to continuously optimize performance.

Customer Support & Order Management:

Monitor and respond to customer queries, reviews, and feedback.
Ensure timely order processing, shipping, and returns handling.
Work with logistics partners to ensure smooth deliveries.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

Track and analyze sales performance, conversion rates, and ad spend ROI.
Generate reports on product performance and marketplace insights.
Identify growth opportunities and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

✔ Proven experience as an E-commerce Manager or similar role.
✔ Strong knowledge of A+ Content, SEO, and listing optimization.
✔ Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Indiamart, Shopify, and other e-commerce platforms.
✔ Hands-on experience with PPC campaigns, analytics tools, and marketing strategies.
✔ Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
✔ Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
✔ Basic knowledge of Photoshop or Canva for visual editing (preferred).
