Job Description:

Our e-commerce team is looking for a detail-oriented and eager-to-learn Catalog Intern. In this role, you will help manage and maintain product catalogs across various categories, ensuring the accuracy, quality, and completeness of product data. You will gain hands-on experience in e-commerce operations and learn to optimize product information across online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and organize product catalogs for multiple categories (home goods, electronics, fashion, etc.).
Ensure accuracy in product details, including titles, descriptions, features, prices, and specifications.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to gather and verify product information.
Perform quality checks on product listings to meet internal standards and platform guidelines.
Maintain data consistency and accuracy in Excel sheets and internal systems.
Assist in evaluating product performance and identifying catalog improvements.
Support bulk data uploads and manage product variations across platforms.

Requirements:

Strong understanding of the e-commerce ecosystem and platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.
Familiarity with product categories such as home & kitchen, electronics, and fashion.
Excel proficiency, including:
- Conditional formatting
- Data validation
- Advanced functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple product lines and data sets.
Basic understanding of market compliance and product listing requirements is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and in a team.

Preferred Experience:

Previous internship or work experience in e-commerce.
Familiarity with product information management tools or catalog management systems.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and technologies.
