Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Manager with a results-driven approach to expand our online retail presence across eBay, Etsy, Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and Ajio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce strategies, digital marketing, and platform optimization, with a proven track record of boosting sales and profitability.

This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in product listings, inventory management, customer service, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Management & Optimization:

???? Manage product listings, pricing, inventory, and promotions on multiple e-commerce platforms.
???? Optimize product pages with high-quality images, descriptions, and SEO-friendly keywords.
???? Analyze performance metrics (traffic, conversion rates, sales) and implement optimization strategies.
???? Ensure all listings comply with platform guidelines and industry trends.

Sales Growth & Revenue Expansion:

???? Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and market share on all platforms.
???? Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, and product offerings to find opportunities for growth.
???? Set and manage KPIs, sales targets, and promotional budgets to drive revenue.

Marketing & Digital Campaigns:

???? Execute platform-specific digital marketing campaigns (PPC ads, social media, discounts, and promotions).
???? Collaborate with marketing teams to create advertisements and promotional content.
???? Manage social media integration to boost visibility and engagement.

Order & Inventory Management:

???? Oversee inventory levels across all platforms to meet demand.
???? Work with supply chain teams to avoid stockouts and overstocking.
???? Manage order fulfillment, returns, and customer service processes to ensure timely deliveries and high customer satisfaction.

Customer Service & Reputation Management:

???? Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback across all platforms professionally and promptly.
???? Monitor and improve product reviews, ratings, and feedback to maintain a positive brand reputation.
???? Ensure an excellent post-purchase experience, including handling delivery issues and disputes.

Analytics & Reporting:

???? Generate regular performance reports on sales, ROI, and customer satisfaction for senior management.
???? Analyze data trends to identify growth opportunities and challenges.
???? Adjust strategies based on performance reports and market insights.

Collaboration & Coordination:

???? Work closely with internal teams (product development, marketing, logistics) to ensure smooth operations.
???? Collaborate with platform representatives to resolve issues and explore growth opportunities.

Requirements

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or E-Commerce-related fields.
✔ 3+ years of experience managing e-commerce platforms like eBay, Etsy, Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and Ajio.
✔ Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies (SEO, PPC, social media advertising).
✔ Proficiency in e-commerce tools, analytics platforms, and content management systems.
✔ Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
✔ Strong customer service and communication skills.
✔ Ability to work independently and within a team.
✔ Knowledge of inventory management and order fulfillment processes.
✔ Analytical mindset with a focus on performance optimization and profitability.
