We are seeking a highly organized and proactive E-Commerce Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in online marketplace management, e-commerce strategy, and client relations. They should be entrepreneurial, results-driven, and able to manage multiple client accounts in a fast-paced environment.
As an Account Manager, you will play a critical role in managing client e-commerce accounts, optimizing listings, and driving growth through strategic planning and data analysis.
???? Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned e-commerce clients.
???? Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and business objectives.
???? Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction levels.
???? Create optimized listings for Amazon and eBay, following best practices.
???? Develop and implement effective e-commerce strategies for clients.
???? Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior.
???? Plan and execute pricing strategies, product listings, and promotional campaigns.
???? Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion rates, and sales.
???? Use data-driven insights to optimize product listings, marketing efforts, and sales strategies.
???? Prepare and present regular performance reports to internal stakeholders and clients.
???? Manage client accounts across Amazon, eBay, Shopify, and other e-commerce platforms.
???? Ensure product listings are accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for search engines.
???? Adjust promotions, pricing, and inventory levels based on client objectives.
???? Work closely with marketing, design, and logistics teams to execute cohesive strategies.
???? Collaborate with partners and vendors to enhance product offerings and marketing efforts.
???? Identify and resolve challenges related to client accounts or e-commerce operations.
???? Implement solutions to improve client satisfaction and account performance.
✔ Education:
???? Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field (Preferred).
✔ Experience:
???? 2+ years in e-commerce account management or a related role (Preferred).
✔ Technical Skills:
???? Expertise in e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Shopify, and Magento.
???? Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
???? Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
???? Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Microsoft Office Suite.
