Job Overview

We are seeking a Techno-Managerial Coordinator to act as a bridge between the Technical and Program Teams, ensuring seamless execution of day-to-day banking operations and financial inclusion programs. The ideal candidate should have strong managerial and technical expertise, experience in cross-functional project management, and a deep understanding of banking processes, government schemes, and digital financial platforms like the Jan Samarth portal.


Key Responsibilities

???? Coordination & Process Management

  • Serve as a liaison between Technical and Program teams, ensuring alignment of objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Oversee banking processes and financial schemes while ensuring compliance with industry standards and government regulations.

???? Project Execution & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Support the design, execution, and monitoring of projects to ensure smooth operations.
  • Strengthen relationships with banks, financial institutions, government agencies, and partner organizations to improve program efficiency.

???? Data Management & Compliance

  • Analyze program data, generate reports, and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Stay updated on government schemes, banking policies, and regulatory frameworks to ensure compliance and informed decision-making.

???? Problem-Solving & Communication

  • Work with technical and program teams to resolve operational challenges.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at various levels to facilitate smooth coordination.

Requirements

Experience: 4-5 years in banking operations, financial inclusion, or project coordination.
Knowledge: In-depth understanding of banking processes, financial regulations, and government enterprise finance schemes.
Skills:

  • Technical & Managerial Skills – Ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Communication Skills – Strong written and verbal skills for stakeholder interaction.
  • Problem-Solving Ability – Quick thinking and effective resolution of operational issues.

???? Preferred: Prior experience in financial inclusion, microfinance, or government-linked banking programs is a plus.
