Position: UPI Monitoring Specialist

Job Overview

We are seeking a UPI Monitoring Specialist to ensure smooth Unified Payments Interface (UPI) operations. The role involves real-time transaction monitoring, troubleshooting, and client communication to improve UPI services.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Real-time UPI Monitoring:

Track UPI transactions to ensure timely and accurate processing.

✔ Customer Support & Issue Resolution:

Address customer queries and provide support to banks across India.
Collaborate with clients & developers to improve existing UPI processes.
Work with technical teams to troubleshoot UPI-related issues.

✔ Communication & Coordination:

Ensure timely and efficient communication within teams and across departments.
Escalate and resolve issues as per company protocols.

✔ Reporting & Training:

Generate UPI performance reports and highlight key insights.
Train internal teams on UPI processes and best practices.

Skills & Requirements

???? Experience in banking or payments industry
???? Strong understanding of UPI and digital payment systems
???? Excellent analytical skills & attention to detail
