Job Overview

As a New Associate in Capital Markets Operations, you will work with Trade Processing, Settlements, and Fixed Income Derivatives. This role is part of Applied Technology & Operations for Markets (ATOM), a multi-client trade processing service that enables clients to streamline their trading and treasury businesses.

Key Responsibilities

1. Fixed Income Solutions & Trade Processing

Develop and deliver business solutions for securities and investment firms.
Liaise with brokers, agent banks, third-party custodians, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
Release trade-related instructions and provide trade settlement experience.

2. Risk Management & Process Optimization

Resolve stock and cash positions related to the team’s activities.
Investigate and manage failures in trade processing.
Ensure Straight Through Processing (STP) levels meet expected benchmarks.

3. Collaboration & Compliance

Interact with team members and direct supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
Follow detailed instructions for daily work tasks and new assignments.
Maintain a dedication to quality and problem-solving mindset.
