Role Overview

As a Record to Report Ops New Associate, you will be aligned with the Finance Operations vertical and play a key role in financial analysis, reconciliation, and reporting. This role involves collecting operational data, posting journal entries, preparing balance sheet reconciliations, supporting audits, and ensuring accurate financial reporting.

The Balance Sheet Reconciliations team focuses on analyzing balance sheet accounts, ensuring compliance with general ledger and sub-ledger data.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Financial Reporting & Reconciliation

Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations.
Perform journal entries, trial balance review, and month-end reporting.
Support cash forecasting and financial analysis.

✔ Banking & Cash Management

Monitor daily cash balances and forecast cash flow.
Manage receivables, payables, and short-term investments.
Optimize working capital while ensuring liquidity.

✔ Payments & Treasury Operations

Ensure timely processing of payments, wire transfers, and fund disbursements.
Implement and monitor electronic banking systems for secure transactions.
Enhance automation and controls in payment processing.

✔ Strategic Analysis & Compliance

Prepare cash flow reports, bank reconciliations, and liquidity forecasts.
Analyze financial trends and provide strategic recommendations.

Skills & Qualifications

???? Experience: 0 to 1 year
