Job Description:

Take a lead role in acquiring, managing, and retaining meaningful client relationships, delivering an outstanding customer experience.

As a Client Data Specialist within our KYC/AML team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with KYC standards, guidelines, policies, and procedures. This role involves handling confidential client documentation, data verification, and process reviews to meet firm-wide quality standards. You will also engage with Middle Office teams and participate in KYC/AML interactions.


Job Responsibilities:

✔ Implement and adhere to KYC standards, policies, and procedures.
✔ Handle and maintain confidential client documentation.
✔ Understand and comply with Customer Identification Program (CIP), Minimum Due Diligence (MDD), Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), Local Due Diligence (LDD), Specialized Due Diligence (SpDD), and Product Due Diligence (PDD) requirements.
✔ Conduct client data/process reviews to ensure compliance with firm-wide quality standards.
✔ Analyze and interpret alerts, escalating issues to management when necessary.
✔ Engage with Middle Office teams and support KYC/AML case completion within designated timelines.


Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

???? Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Graduate Degree.
  • Minimum 9 years of experience in KYC, Audit, Control, Risk, AML, or Research.

Strong research, analytical, and comprehension skills to handle large volumes of data.
Client-focused mindset with excellent customer engagement skills.
✔ Ability to adhere to controls and compliance standards.
Self-motivated team player with a strong commitment to problem-solving and data integrity.
