Essential Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 3-4 years in KYC, AML, and compliance-related functions.
Operations Background: Prior experience in an operations role within banking.
Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of RBI KYC guidelines, Data Protection Act, Companies Act, Financial Services Act, and Money Laundering regulations.
Education: Graduate in any discipline.


Preferred Qualifications

Advanced Knowledge: In-depth understanding of RBI KYC policies and processes.
Certifications: Postgraduate or specialized courses in KYC, Risk, or Control.
Technology Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Banking Experience: Familiarity with Barclays’ KYC policies and accreditation.
