Job Overview

As an Assignment Support Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of timesheet and expense management. Your responsibilities will include reviewing timesheets, verifying expense reports, collaborating with contractors and sales teams, and ensuring timely approvals to support payroll processing.


Key Responsibilities

???? Timesheet & Expense Review
✔ Assess timesheets and expenses for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with client-specific checklists.
✔ Verify receipts and expense sheets, ensuring correctness in final amounts.

???? Issue Resolution & Payroll Support
✔ Communicate with contractors and sales teams to resolve discrepancies in submitted expenses or timesheets.
✔ Prepare detailed overviews and address payroll-related queries efficiently.

???? Administrative Tasks
✔ Manage shared inboxes, responding to all emails within 24 hours.
✔ Ensure timely approvals from clients/managers to avoid payroll delays.
✔ Organize and save expense sheets/receipts as per filing conventions.

???? Process Optimization
✔ Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
✔ Support additional responsibilities as assigned by the manager.
