Position Overview:

As a Business Banking Advisor, you will advise and support business clients with complex credit financing needs in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Advise clients on credit-related solutions and assess loans from income and risk perspectives, within established credit processes.
Prepare credit submissions for approval, and independently apply for credit authority, monitoring credit exposures and deterioration throughout the client relationship.
Identify business clients' credit needs and propose appropriate products, services, and solutions.
Support efforts to gain new business and increase earnings from existing clients, e.g., during client conferences.
Guide teams in developing bespoke products/solutions/platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to ensure that products meet both the bank's and clients' needs.
Optimize resource utilization while ensuring compliance with defined performance targets and regulatory requirements.
Maintain and grow business contacts and leads in the lending business.
Ensure compliance with internal credit regulations and KYC requirements.

Skills and Experience Required:

Experience in servicing or sourcing clients.
Liabilities experience for sourcing capital accounts (FDI/ODI/ECB).
Preferred background in Banking, Premium Club Membership, or High-End Credit Card Sales.
Excellent communication in English and a well-groomed appearance.
Minimum Qualification: Graduation.
Experience: 5 – 10 years in a relevant field.
