Role Summary

The Project Manager will be responsible for leading and delivering projects from conception through execution. This role demands someone with strong experience in Waterfall methodologies, familiarity with Agile, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple teams in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, lead, and oversee cross-functional project execution from start to finish.
Coordinate multiple projects and moving parts simultaneously.
Develop and manage relationships with IT, Business, and other key departments.
Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource needs.
Create and maintain detailed project schedules and work plans.
Lead coordination between departments including: Business Ops, Customer Service, Finance, Sales, Testing, Development, UI/UX, Architecture, and Infrastructure.
Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines.
Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, and changes.
Conduct milestone, readiness, and business go/no-go reviews.
Track performance to identify areas for improvement.
Present regular project updates to executive leadership and stakeholders.
Lead change enablement and communications throughout the project.
Maintain project documentation and repository for procedures, communication plans, and process modeling.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Total Experience: 11+ years
Project Management Experience: Minimum 7 years
Methodologies: Strong expertise in Waterfall (mandatory); exposure to Agile preferred
Tools & Skills:
- Microsoft Project
- Project management software tools
- Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Advanced organizational, facilitation, and communication skills
- Conflict resolution and problem-solving ability
- Leadership and team coordination
- Big-picture thinking and strong attention to detail
