We are hiring an experienced IT Recruiter for a remote work-from-home opportunity. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the end-to-end recruitment cycle and a solid understanding of IT technologies and roles.
Manage the entire recruitment cycle – from understanding the requirement to closing the role
Source suitable profiles from various job portals such as Naukri, Monster, Indeed, etc.
Screen and shortlist candidates as per client requirements
Coordinate interviews and ensure timely feedback
Maintain candidate databases and provide timely updates
Build strong relationships with stakeholders and hiring managers
2–4 years of experience in IT recruitment
Excellent knowledge of sourcing techniques and job portals
Strong technical understanding of various IT roles and requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Highly motivated, organized, and hard-working
Ability to work independently in a remote setup
