Job Title: IT Hardware Support Engineer

Location: Delhi, Delhi
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Shift: Day shift, Monday to Friday
Pay: ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled IT Hardware Support Engineer to join our team and provide exceptional technical support. In this role, you will troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve a wide range of hardware issues to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime for the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Hardware Installation and Maintenance:
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and peripherals (e.g., desktops, laptops, printers, etc.).
Troubleshooting and Diagnosis:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware malfunctions, including faulty components, connectivity issues, and performance problems.
User Support:
- Respond to user support requests related to hardware issues.
- Provide clear and concise technical support to MSC Employees, Consultants, and Guests, both on-premises and via remote access.
Documentation:
- Maintain detailed documentation of all service calls and resolutions for future reference.
New Hardware & Software Implementation:
- Participate in the implementation of new hardware and software solutions to improve infrastructure.
Stay Current with Technologies:
- Stay up-to-date on the latest hardware technologies and trends to ensure efficient and effective solutions.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT hardware support.
Certifications: Computer hardware certification is preferred.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of computer hardware components, functionality, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
