Job Title: Junior Research & Data Entry Assistant

Zivanta Analytics is seeking 2-3 Junior Research & Data Entry Assistants to join our fast-growing team. You will play a key role in supporting our family of websites through data research and entry.

Conduct research across multiple US-based websites to identify and collect pre-defined data elements.
Enter, verify, and validate data in a data repository.
Prepare data summary and data validation reports.
Education: College degree (or in the process of completion) preferred.
Research Skills: Strong ability to navigate online and conduct thorough research.
Independence: Ability to prioritize tasks and work with minimal supervision.
Problem-Solving: A calm, service-oriented approach to resolving issues.
Attention to Detail: Accuracy in data entry and quality control.
Adaptability: Reliable, responsible, and open to learning new processes.
Communication: Ability to follow oral and written instructions effectively.
Experience: Data entry experience is helpful but not required.
Work Schedule: Hybrid (3 days on-site, 2.5 days work-from-home).
Location Preference: Candidates based in Kolkata are preferred as the role requires working from our office.
Freshers Welcome: No prior experience required.
