Job Responsibilities

???? Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Develop and expand relationships with high-net-worth customers.
  • Acquire new bank customers through personal efforts and external acquisition channels.
  • Maintain detailed records of all assigned customer accounts.

???? Sales & Cross-Selling

  • Promote and sell banking products to existing branch customers.
  • Inform customers about new products or improvements to enhance relationships.
  • Execute special sales initiatives and events for potential and existing customers.

???? Customer Service & Issue Resolution

  • Monitor customer queries and complaints, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction levels through prompt responses.

???? Collaboration & Business Growth

  • Work with other group companies to facilitate access to additional financial products.
  • Ensure a customer-centric approach while maintaining high energy and drive.

Candidate Requirements

✅ Education: Graduate
✅ Experience: 2 - 5 years in customer relationship management or banking sales
✅ Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong customer focus
  • High energy and motivation
  • Excellent sales and communication skills
  • Ability to cross-sell banking products effectively
    ✅ Preferred: AMFI / IRDA Certification
