The Role:

We are looking for an IT Service Support Intern to provide IT support and training to end-users across India and other regions. The ideal candidate should have a service-oriented mindset, problem-solving skills, and strong communication abilities.

The IT Employee Experience & Services Team is a global team that collaborates with various departments to support end-users and IT equipment at Logitech sites.


Key Responsibilities:

IT Support & Training: Provide guidance and training on IT devices, applications, and processes.
Troubleshooting: Resolve hardware and software issues locally and remotely.
Onboarding Support: Conduct IT onboarding for new employees.
Tool Discovery: Assist in finding new IT business tools to support end-users and internal IT teams.
Collaboration: Work with internal IT teams on system testing, integration, and maintenance.
Product Testing: Participate in product testing with business groups.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement technology and process improvements.


Required Qualifications & Skills:

Experience: End-user desktop support experience.
Technical Skills:

  • Windows 11, Microsoft 365, and MacOS troubleshooting.
  • Google Workspace knowledge.
  • Hardware installation, cabling, and troubleshooting.
  • Bug identification and resolution.
    Soft Skills:
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote team environment.
  • Fluent in English.

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory):

✔ Experience with MS Intune, Apple MDM, or ServiceNow.
✔ Advanced printer/peripheral device troubleshooting.
Patch management knowledge.
Project management/design thinking skills.


Education:

Minimum: High school education (required).
Preferred: Currently pursuing an IT diploma/college degree or seeking first IT-related experience.
