About This Position

ICG is looking for a Finance Coordinator to support its growing Finance team. This role involves working across Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), invoicing, collections, and financial reporting.

The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of experience in a fast-paced Finance environment and is eager to grow within a dynamic and agile organization.


Key Responsibilities

1. Invoicing Management

  • Oversee the generation of thousands of B2B invoices monthly using ICG’s invoicing tool.
  • Ensure timely creation, distribution, and management of invoices.
  • Lead Collections efforts, working closely with the Account Management team to track and manage overdue accounts.

2. Expense Management

  • Prepare Accounts Payable statements and organize invoice payments.
  • Execute bank transfers and coordinate internal expense reimbursements.

3. Financial Reporting

  • Support the preparation of financial reports and statements for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in data gathering, reviewing, proofreading, and assembling reports.

  • Finance Experience: 1-3 years in Finance, Accounting, or Bookkeeping roles.
  • Ownership Mentality: A proactive mindset with a willingness to take responsibility beyond assigned tasks.
  • Startup Agility: Comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving environment where processes may not always be structured.
  • Strong Communication: Fluency in English and ability to collaborate with global team members.

  • A real-world case study will be provided to assess problem-solving skills.
  • Followed by a working session to simulate how we collaborate at ICG.
