About the Role

We are hiring a Product Data Entry Specialist for our USTO business in Bangalore. If you have a passion for data and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this is your chance to shine. USTO consists of two sister brands, Europe Express and YMT Vacations, which specialize in customized independent and group travel for North American travelers throughout Europe and other global destinations.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter and update FIT contracts for hotels, sightseeing tours, car rentals, rail, and transfers.
Maintain accurate vendor information per standard requirements.
Communicate updates, specials, and changes to contracts to the Product team.
Interpret contract provisions and business recommendations independently.
Provide excellent support and information to colleagues.
Assist other Product department staff as necessary.
Handle additional duties as assigned by the Manager.

Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in data entry.
Proficiency in MS Excel.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as a team player.
Quick learner with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent oral and written communication in English.
Ability to understand and upload specified reports into systems.

Work Hours:

10:00 AM - 7:00 PM IST to ensure overlap with the Barcelona office.
