About the Commercial Banking Group

The Commercial Banking Group (CBG) provides a wide range of financial products and solutions, including:

  • Forex & Trade Services
  • Payments & Cash Management
  • Tax Payments
  • Retail Banking Products (Salary Accounts, Trust Services, Commercial Cards, Credit Cards, etc.)

CBG caters to businesses with a turnover between ₹10 crore and ₹250 crore, offering a "One Axis" experience to customers by integrating various banking services.


About the Position

The Relationship Manager (RM) plays a crucial role in managing corporate client relationships through continuous engagement and risk profiling. The RM is responsible for:
Identifying potential customers and offering tailored financial solutions
Enhancing client relationships to increase Assets Under Management (AUM)
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and provide customized investment products
Delivering superior customer service


Key Responsibilities

???? Client Relationship Management

  • Provide corporate banking solutions with a focus on high service standards to attract new SME customers
  • Maintain a complete customer profile, including banking assets, demographics, and risk profile
  • Strengthen relationships and increase customer wallet share through corporate banking products like:
    Tax Payment Solutions
    Internet Banking
    Trade Products & Cash Management Services (CMS)

???? Business Development & Sales

  • Offer existing customers corporate solutions such as CMS and SME Loans to deepen relationships
  • Identify potential customers and promote tailored banking products for greater product penetration
  • Acquire new customers by converting referral leads
  • Achieve monthly sales targets set by the organization

???? Operational & Compliance Responsibilities

  • Record and track all customer interactions through the CRM system
  • Collaborate with the Service Team to resolve client concerns
  • Ensure strict adherence to KYC, SEBI regulations, and banking compliance standards

Qualifications & Experience

???? Education:

  • Graduate or Postgraduate from a recognized institution

????‍???? Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in Treasury, Foreign Exchange, and Business Banking is advantageous

Key Skills & Competencies

Banking Product Knowledge – Strong understanding of banking products & services
Client Management – Ability to handle complex client situations
Communication Skills – Proficiency in English & local language (verbal and written)
Time Management – Ability to meet deadlines and handle work pressure
Networking & Relationship Building – Strong interpersonal and client engagement skills
