Job Description: Cashier (UB-BB-SB-C)

The Cashier plays a crucial role in managing financial transactions, assisting customers, and ensuring adherence to banking regulations.

Key Responsibilities

???? Internal Processes & Group Loan Operations

  • Identify and survey new working areas for group formation
  • Conduct projection meetings for Group Loans (GL) and Family Banking Group Loans
  • Assist in customer profiling and loan application form processing
  • Collect and verify supporting documents for account opening while ensuring strict KYC compliance

???? Loan Application & Disbursement

  • Analyze customer profiles and repayment capacity for individual loans
  • Accurately fill out loan application forms and customer profile details
  • Coordinate with customers to ensure smooth loan disbursement

Qualifications & Skills

✔ Educational Qualification: Minimum graduate degree preferred
✔ Banking & Finance Knowledge: Experience in loan processing and account opening
✔ Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in documentation and compliance with KYC norms
✔ Communication & Customer Service Skills: Ability to engage with customers effectively
✔ Analytical Skills: Assess customer profiles and evaluate repayment capacity
