We are looking for a Web Experience Specialist to manage content on D2L.com, ensuring brand consistency and demand generation through strategic web content management.

Job Summary:

The Web Experience Specialist will play a critical role in content management for D2L’s website. They will work closely with Product Marketing, Content, PR/Social, and Demand Generation teams to ensure that the website content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

???? Content Strategy & Management

Manage and optimize content across D2L.com to align with branding and value propositions.
Ensure consistency in messaging, accuracy, and timeliness of updates.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement web-based communication strategies.

???? Website Performance & Optimization

Work with Web Developers to enhance site architecture, usability, and performance.
Collaborate with the Performance Marketing team to align ads and landing pages for better conversion.
Analyze website traffic and identify opportunities for optimization with the Digital Analytics team.
Conduct A/B tests to improve clicks, form submissions, and engagement.
Monitor website effectiveness, research ROI opportunities, and implement data-driven solutions.

Requirements:

???? Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Web Development, or Communications.

???? Technical & Marketing Skills:

3 – 5 years of experience in web content management and paid marketing campaigns.
Experience working with CMS platforms (WordPress, WPML translation plugin).
Strong knowledge of A/B testing tools (VWO or similar).
Proficiency in Google Analytics or equivalent tools.
Ability to develop and execute content plans using available data and insights.

Strong problem-solving abilities to find and suggest areas of improvement.
Ability to work independently while excelling in team collaborations.
Effective presentation and communication skills to share insights with stakeholders.
