Position Overview

We’re looking for a versatile and passionate HR Manager who can take charge of Human Resources, Office Administration, and Basic Accounting responsibilities. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in fostering our culture, improving organizational efficiency, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.


Key Responsibilities

HR Responsibilities:

  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and orientation processes.

  • Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.

  • Manage employee benefits, payroll, and compliance with labor laws.

  • Support performance management, feedback, and appraisal cycles.

  • Address employee concerns and support engagement and retention initiatives.

  • Coordinate employee training and development programs.

  • Track attendance and leave management.

Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination.

  • Oversee office maintenance and event planning.

  • Handle internal and external communication (calls, emails, correspondence).

  • Support senior management with daily administrative operations.

  • Ensure a productive, compliant, and safe work environment.

Accounts Responsibilities:

  • Assist in handling accounts payable and receivable.

  • Process invoices, payments, and receipts.

  • Maintain accurate financial records and support monthly/annual reporting.

  • Reconcile bank statements and assist in tax/statutory payments.

  • Contribute to budget planning and audit preparation.


Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in HR, administration, and basic accounting roles.

  • Skills:

    • Strong knowledge of HR practices, office operations, and accounting principles.

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software (QuickBooks, Tally, etc.).

    • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.

    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.

    • High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.


Desired Skills

  • Experience with payroll systems and HR software.

  • Familiarity with financial reporting and statutory compliance.
