We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Generalist (Fresher) to join our team during the night shift. This role offers an exciting opportunity to learn and contribute across key HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll, and compliance in a fast-paced work environment.
Assist with end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Address employee queries and support a positive workplace culture
Support onboarding and induction for new hires
Assist in payroll processing through attendance and leave record management
Ensure HR policy compliance and regulatory adherence
Organize employee engagement initiatives and retention efforts
Support the performance appraisal process
Prepare and update necessary HR reports and documentation
Freshers or up to 1 year of HR experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working in night shifts
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Flexible schedule
Exposure to multiple HR functions
