HR Executive

Experience:

  • 0 to 6 Months

Roles:

  • Assist in Job Posting: Help in drafting and posting job descriptions on various job boards and company websites.
  • Screen Resumes: Review resumes and shortlist candidates for interviews based on the criteria set by senior HR personnel.
  • Coordinate Interviews: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process, including preparing welcome packets, setting up new hire orientations, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
  • Maintain Employee Files: Ensure that employee records are up-to-date and accurately maintained, including personal information, job history, and performance reviews.
  • Data Entry: Input and update employee information in the HR information system (HRIS) or other databases.
  • Documentation: Assist in the preparation and management of HR documents, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and termination papers.
  • Assist with Payroll: Help in gathering and verifying timesheets, entering data into payroll systems, and ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing.
  • Benefits Administration: Provide support in enrolling employees in benefits programs, answering benefits-related queries, and assisting with open enrollment periods.
  • Support Employee Queries: Address basic employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Assist in Conflict Resolution: Provide support in resolving minor workplace conflicts and escalating issues to senior HR staff as needed.
  • Employee Engagement Activities: Help organize and participate in employee engagement activities, such as team-building events and company social gatherings.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure Compliance: Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies by maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • Policy Communication: Help communicate HR policies and procedures to employees and ensure they are understood and followed.
  • Assist in Audits: Provide support during internal and external HR audits by gathering necessary documentation and information.
  • Coordinate Training Programs: Assist in organizing training sessions and development programs for employees.
  • Track Training Progress: Maintain records of employee training and development activities.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from employees about training programs and suggest improvements based on their input.
  • Manage HR Correspondence: Handle general HR correspondence, such as emails and phone calls, and respond to routine inquiries.
  • Schedule Meetings: Assist in scheduling and coordinating HR meetings, interviews, and other events.
  • Office Supplies Management: Ensure that the HR department has the necessary supplies and resources to operate efficiently.
