???? Job Summary:

We are seeking an organized and proactive HR Admin to handle HR and administrative responsibilities across our properties. Reporting to the HR Manager or senior leadership, you’ll be instrumental in maintaining smooth operations in recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compliance, and overall HR support.

???? Key Responsibilities:

???? Recruitment & Onboarding

Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interviews, and hiring coordination
Conduct onboarding, orientation, and training sessions for new employees

???? Employee Relations

Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries (policies, payroll, benefits)
Support and help implement employee engagement initiatives
Contribute to maintaining a positive and inclusive work culture

???? HR Operations

Process payroll and maintain accurate employee records
Track attendance, leaves, and generate regular HR reports
Assist in drafting and updating HR policies and procedures

???? Compliance

Ensure HR practices align with labor laws and internal policies
Prepare and submit compliance and HR documentation as required

???? Administrative Support

Manage office supplies and maintain administrative records
Coordinate travel, events, and team activities

✅ Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of total work experience (preferred)
Strong understanding of HR operations, payroll, and compliance
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Proficient in HR software and MS Office tools
Based in or willing to relocate to Gurugram, Haryana
