Position Summary

We are seeking a mature, self-driven, and experienced HR Manager to lead and manage the HR functions across both Nivora Eye Institute and Thriving Minds. The role includes end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, training, compliance, HR operations, and employee engagement. Prior experience in healthcare or clinical environments is preferred.


Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end hiring: JD creation, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer rollouts

  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for clinical and non-clinical roles

  • Coordinate manpower planning with leadership teams

  • Post job openings on relevant platforms

Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle

  • Conduct structured onboarding and orientation programs

  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR software systems

  • Manage exit procedures including feedback collection and documentation

Training & Development

  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs

  • Design employee development plans with department heads

HR Operations & Policy Implementation

  • Develop and enforce HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, working hours, and leave policies

  • Address employee grievances and manage conflict resolution

Performance & Engagement

  • Support performance management and goal-setting processes

  • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives

  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture

Reporting & Strategy

  • Generate regular reports on hiring, training, and employee metrics

  • Advise leadership on HR strategy, culture, and people development


Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor's degree (Master’s in HR, Psychology, or related field preferred)

  • Experience:

    • 4–7 years in Human Resources

    • Minimum 2 years in healthcare or hospital HR (Required)

  • Strong understanding of recruitment, employee lifecycle, HR policies

  • Knowledge of Indian employment laws and HR compliance

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • High emotional intelligence, discretion, and organizational ability

  • Comfortable working across two aligned but distinct organizations
