We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Generalist to support the daily operations of our HR department. This role involves overseeing recruitment, onboarding, policy implementation, pay processing, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will help foster a strong, cohesive company culture aligned with our core values.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute recruitment plans to attract top talent.

  • Manage job postings, screen candidates, and conduct initial interviews.

  • Lead onboarding processes and orient new hires to company policies, tools, and culture.

  • Maintain internal HR documentation (e.g., Offer Letters, NDAs, Evaluation Sheets).

  • Assist in policy development, hiring procedures, and payroll administration.

  • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives.

  • Address employee concerns and ensure timely resolution of queries.

  • Provide administrative and strategic support to the HR Manager.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.

  • Basic certification in Human Resources.

  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist or HR Assistant, with a strong emphasis on recruitment.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in data entry, payroll systems, HR software, and collaboration tools.

  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and coaching skills.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications such as Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Certified Recruitment Professional (CRP).

  • Experience in managing remote teams and remote work environments.
